SEE AREA HOMES. The local MLS site enables you to specify price, area, bedrooms, baths, etc. for a list with a good bit of detail. (Johnson City, Jonesborough and Gray are in Washington County.   Elizabethton is in Carter County, Kingsport in Sullivan.)   Look at www.Realtor.com also to see which site you prefer - this has more pictures and information when agents participate in "Featured Homes" which I always do.   I can do a much more detailed search and have access to much more information.   Let me know what looks interesting and we'll work on it together.

WOW.  There's a program in which you can have a "listing cart" full of all the listings that meet your criteria, up-to-the-minute, with details and pictures and with the capability of deleting, making notes, setting appointments.   It's not as thorough a search as I can do, but it's the quickest way for buyers to get information.   Sample Searches:    Note:   Listings with "A" after MLS# are active listings.   KS - Contingent, can still be shown.   KN - Contingent, don't show.   (For details like sale price, days on market, etc, please call me.)
