Dear Prospective Clients,
It is my pleasure to recommend Mary Sheridan as your Realtor. My husband and I recently moved to the tri-cities from Seattle, WA. We had no knowledge of the area and were on a tight timeline to find a new home.
Mary took the time to get to truly understand our needs and wants in our new home. She gave us several helpful ideas to consider in our house hunt but was respectful of our wishes as well. She sent us great information about the area and several properties that potentially could need our needs via email. She then sent us a map outlining where each property was in relation to my husband’s workplace. After receiving feedback from us, she organized all the data (distance from work, price, square footage, etc.) into a very useful spreadsheet so we could compare houses at a glance.
We were only able to visit Tennessee for two days to find our new home. Mary previewed numerous properties before we arrived and had appointments set up for the most promising properties. Due to her dedication, we did not find one property we could call home, we found three! By the end of the weekend, we had put in an offer, negotiated with the sellers, and had a signed contract on our new home.
Since we were unable to return to Tennessee until we actually moved, Mary made arrangements for the home inspection and personally attended it. She took detailed notes for us and helped negotiate repairs for the home. We have now been in our new home for a month, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home or with the fantastic personal service Mary provided us with.
