TOWNE ACRES AREA 

Broadly defined, children in this area go to Towne Acres Elementary.    Nearest subdivisions (some very small) to the school are Avondale Forest, Greenfield Heights, Charbray, Green Acres, and Camelot.    This report covers only the area closest to the school.    Ask me about the other fine neighborhoods nearby.

HOMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD  - I can give you information about all of them and will be glad to show you whatever you want to see, here or elsewhere in the area, anything listed with any company.    As of October 10, 2010, there are seven homes on the market in the area nearest Towne Acres Elementary, and a number also in the other neighborhoods in the TA Elementary district.    Prices in the immediate area range, as fairly typically, from $160s to about $300,000, with a range of styles.   Examples:
    $275,000 - Tudor rancher, 3 BR, 3 BA
    $299,500 - Cape. 4 BR. 3 BA
    $249,900 - Colonial, 4 BR, 2 BA

So far in 2010, there have been seven sales in the neighborhood - my two most recent ones being really special ramblers on Clover and Avondale, right at $200,000.   The colonial on Sharon was a bargain at $278,000, and the colonial on Lizabeth selling for $300,000 - a great plan very similar to the one we sold on Lizabeth when we moved to Sharon.  

People choose Towne acres for the school, for the pleasure of living on pretty winding streets with the curb appeal of pretty homes and mature trees and landscaping, and for the convenience of being in a quiet area that is so near shopping, restaurants, commuter routes, and medical facilities.    Often they choose it because their friends live here.
