HOMES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD - There are some exceptionall nice listings on this area now. I can give you information about all of them and will be glad to show you whatever you want to see, here or elsewhere in the area, anything listed with any company. A recent listing of mine in this neighborhood is 710 Douglas Drive, a nicely-renovated home at a good price for the generous space and quiet location. It's also a Featured Home on www.Realtor.com - ask for "Johnson City TN" and of the 1534 homes that show up, this is one of the 18 that have pictures at the very top, with extra pictures and detail. Ask me about the other good properties also.

This site is a neighborhood service, covering the areas usually thought of as "Towne Acres" because of the elementary school - Towne Acres, Greenfield Heights, Avondale, Villas as Browns Mill, Charbray Acres, Green Acres, Biltmore Estates, Camelot, and part of Knob Creek Road Neighbors are invited to submit content, news, ideas. Make it "ours" instead of "mine."

I support every effort to get information to the community and to help people have a voice. Adding e-mail addresses to the volunteer checklist is a step in this direction. Other communities I've been involved in have had success with contacting people by e-mail - quicker and much less expensive and time-consuming, although other methods need to be used for those who do not use e-mail or do not want to give out their addresses.
